Because these are large, carefully packaged items, returns require a few thoughtful steps: 

Returning your product is simple. Just follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account at Mindoasis.com. 
2. Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return. 
3. Follow the step-by-step instructions, complete with helpful visuals. 
4. Provide a reason for return and upload clear photos of the product. 
5. Submit your request. Our team will carefully review it and let you know if your return has been approved. 

All steps are clearly described on the website to guide you with ease. 

A few important notes about returning your Mind Oasis product: 

• Please make sure to include all items from the original delivery, this means accessories, packaging, and any additional components. 
• If something is missing, we may need to deduct its value from your refund. 
• Returns can only be initiated once they’ve been approved by our team. 
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a pick-up for you, there’s no need to drop off the item yourself. 
• After your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 30 days. 
• Return costs: 
  – Mind Oasis At Home: €50 
  – Mind Oasis At Home Frame: €80

Please note: if any part of the delivery (such as accessories or packaging) is missing upon return, we may not be able to refund the full amount.
